LINK's Inner-South Investment Event

On Thursday the 24th October 2022 LINK and Wynn Construction group hosted an event with the intention of bringing the gentrification story of Sydney's Inner-south to life. On every measure the night exceeded expectations and we put it down to one thing - the engagement of the crowd in the room and the growing advocacy for Arncliffe amongst agents & buyers alike. It has been an interesting journey over the last 18 months putting the research together and settling on a location which really does hit every marker of success along the way. We truly feel that the imminent growth and gentrification of Arncliffe, the timing of the opportunity which is being presented to the market right now - could not be better.  You can see a quick video here.

In a market with very low rental availability, especially stock which is fit for the demographic changes we will see in the next 20 years - our view is the more quality development the better. It has been exciting watching Arncliffe Central come to life recently across the road from LINK's exclusive opportunity, landmark building The Madison Residences.  Together these developments will add hundreds of well-located apartments to Sydney's current housing crisis - at a time when the city is craving more quality liveable buildings.

Within only a couple of minutes from the station - a new precinct is coming to life. Amenity, open space, restaurants and more will define Arncliffe for the next generation - all within 15 minutes of the Sydney CBD. To recap the event in case you missed it, we welcomed 140 specially invited guests to the Madison Residences display on Princes Hwy to listen to a unique set of speakers. Brendan Woolley from Charter Keck Cramer spoke to a selection of slides from the research report, including population forecasts over the next 20 years, employment opportunities in Bayside GAand commutable locations, the power of gentrification to transform and area and the combined upside for owners & investors. Nick Hagen from Equity Rise, who is an internationally certified neuro-semantic trainer , discussed growth mindset and the battle between knowing what to do and actually doing it, Danny Dehar co-host of the event addressed the crowd with a sense of real gratitude for taking time out of busy schedules to be with us in the room - it was excellent to see this project, which is still in its very early stages ( set for release in 2023) coming to fruition.

Lastly our own Michael Klevanksy shared his thoughts on the why the Madison Residences & Arncliffe in general is an opportunity not to be missed ' For me its fundamental - it's location. You would be hard-pressed to find a new apartment anywhere in Sydney within 14 minutes of the city, 2 minutes of a train station, employment hubs, water views, at this price point'.
